LibDem Shadow Environment Secretary Chris Huhne MP visited Woking on Wednesday 13 September to learn about the Borough Council's cutting-edge climate change policies. After a briefing by Borough Officers, he was shown round the Combined Heat and Power Station in the Town Centre and the photovoltaic roof at Brockhill.
